Retreat Rates
The Red Hen House is available for your private retreats or you can join one of our Hosted Retreats. Private retreats require a minimum of 4 guests. We have sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. If your group is smaller than 4, you can join a Hosted Retreat. Meet new friends while you relax and work on your projects. The Red Hen House is available for daily rentals as well. Please call or email us with your specific requirements or if you have any questions.

All rates are subject to Minnesota sales tax of 6.875%.

Weekends
Friday-Sunday: 8 person occupancy
$125/person for the weekend, minimum 4 guests
Two night minimum stay required
Check-in time:  anytime after 10am
Check-out time:  2pm

Extend Your Stay With Us
Make your stay a little longer.  When booking a weekend, you can add a Thursday or Sunday night: $30/person.  No minimum number of people required.
Check-in time: anytime after 10am 
Check-out time: 2pm

Weekdays
Sunday—Thursday:  8 person occupancy
$45/person/night, minimum 4 guests
No minimum number of nights.
Check-in time: anytime after 3pm
Check-out time: 2pm

Hosted Weekends
Friday—Sunday:
6 person occupancy
$165/person - No minimum number of people required. 
Check-in time: anytime after 10am
Check-out time: 2pm
Bring a snack to share and we will plan the menu.  We are your hosts—relax & enjoy!

Daily Rentals
Maybe you and some friends want to bake cookies all day, quilt, or scrapbook, or. . .  your team needs a place for a team-building session or your writers group is looking for a quiet place to create.  Rent the Red Hen House for the day.  $25/person, minimum $200.  Contact us for your specific requirements.

Food Service
We know how great it feels to be pampered and have someone else do the cooking! If this appeals to you, let us know. We can arrange for all of your meals and fit your budget, too. Just let us know you would like a complete retreat package! We can also provide a list of the local vendors if you want to make your own food arrangements. Of course, cooking in-house is always an option.

Policies, Terms and Conditions
Each guest is asked to complete a registration form and submit it with a $25 deposit to reserve space at The Red Hen House.
The remainder is due 30 days prior to your scheduled retreat. Deposit will be forfeited if payment or arrangements have not been made.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled retreat will receive a full refund (by check) or you may apply it to a future retreat.
Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will forfeit their $25 deposit unless another group is found. If a replacement group is found, your deposit will be applied to a future retreat.
The Red Hen House is a non-smoking facility.
Mastercard, Visa, personal check and cash are accepted. If paying by credit card, a 2% service fee will be added to your fee.
A key deposit of $50 will be collected when you check-in and returned at the end of your retreat.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returned check fee is $30.

Housekeeping
The Red Hen House is yours for the duration of your stay. Please treat it as you would your own home. We understand that accidents do happen. If something gets broken, please call us or leave a note so the item can be repaired or replaced for our next guests. Should you have any problems with plumbing, heating, air conditioning, etc., please call me immediately. Guests will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property or its contents.
